My Childrens, by Adela Najarro, is a poetry chapbook that includes teaching resources. The book is in collaboration with the Puente Project and is aimed at high school and college classrooms. Each poem in the collection is accompanied by a nonfiction comment, a writing prompt, comprehension questions, and “Look It Up!” suggestions.
